Heart charm with natural diamonds 10k solid gold super cute necklace with thin chain precious vintage jewelry

A super precious beautiful heart charm necklace. Heart charm has authentic natural diamonds all around side of a polished heart in solid 10k gold. Made with care, it’s very feminine and precious and in good vintage condition. Enjoy this refined and shiny piece of jewelry.
Please note the clasp of the necklace only is gold filled on sterling silver. All rest of the necklace is 10k solid gold.
